General description:
Unravel ancient people mysteries that still exist in this remote territory.
Taste traditional Mediterranean gastronomy.
Use your hands and lern craft techniques with a local artist.

The experience starts at 9:00, in the meeting point in the AlgarvianRoots headquarters (check the contacts for the location) and it will finish at 5:30 pm in the same place.
The activity will be carried out between land and sea in an area with 12 natural and semi-natural habitats.
Along the walking route we will discover and identify the species that inhabit here.
Lagoa dos Salgados is internationally recognized. It is a point of excellence in the Algarve for birdwatching due to the quantity, diversity and some rare species that occur here.
The proximity to ocean beaches offers food of great freshness and quality. During your lunch break, taste the fish from the coast made on the traditional.
Get in touch with the local population. A local artist will show you the technique of clay modelling. Find inspiration in what you saw and learn during this experience and make your own art piece.

The activity must be booked at least 72 hours in advance, in order do confirm the artist availability to guarantee the workshop.

Cancellations and changes accepted up to 48 hours before the event.

Changes are accepted up to 48 hours, but the new date will have to be changed to a deadline with a minimum of 72 hours in advance, unless there is space in one of the activities alredy confirmed.

Cancellation, return and refund policy
(1) Cancellation of the activity by the customer
Cancellation of the experience by the customer up to 48 hours before the start of the service: the customer is refunded with the full amount of the purchase.

(3) Cancellation of services by AlgarvianRoots
All activities have a minimum number of participants, depending on the activity. AlgarvianRoots reserves the right to cancel a service in case there is not the minimum number of participants, in case of adverse weather conditions, in case of a situation that jeopardizes the safety of the service (for example: forest fire, thunderstorm, storm), mechanical problem in the means of transport that makes it impossible to carry out the activity or other unforeseen circumstances of force majeure.
In case of cancellation by AlgarvianRoots, the customer has the option of choosing another date or receiving a 100% refund.
