The experience starts at 9:00 am, in the meeting point (0) in the AlgarvianRoots headquarters (check the contacts for the location), contact in advance maximum transportation for 4 people. It will finish at 1:30 pm in the same place.

9:25 am for the clients how are meeting the guide in the hike meeting point (1) (location sent by e-mail).
A brief presentation of the guided hike will be made by the local guide before starting.

The experience is carried out in the interior of Silves, between the “barrocal” and the hills. Here you will be able to observe these two distinct landscapes and consequently different ecosystems and species taking into account the characteristics of the soil and in particular the vegetation that develops here.

Along the guided hike, look carefully around and you will be able to observe the life that exists here. The surrounding elements that are found along different locations will be interpreted.

After completing the guided hike, we will return to the initial meeting point. The experience will finish in the AlgarvianRoots headquarters.
Take with you not only a different itinerary, but the experience, everything you learned, observed and felt.

Booking information
The activity must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes are accepted up to 48 hours, but the new date will have to be changed to a deadline with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, unless there is space in one of the experiences already confirmed.

Cancellation, return and refund policy
(1) Cancellation of the activity by the customer
Cancellation of the experience by the customer up to 48 hours before the start of the service: the customer is refunded with the full amount of the purchase.
Cancellation of the experience by the customer less than 48 hours before the start of the service: the customer doesn’t receive a refund.

(3) Cancellation of services by AlgarvianRoots
All activities have a minimum number of participants, depending on the activity. AlgarvianRoots reserves the right to cancel a service in case there is not the minimum number of participants, in case of adverse weather conditions, in case of a situation that jeopardizes the safety of the service (for example: forest fire, thunderstorm, storm), mechanical problem in the means of transport that makes it impossible to carry out the activity or other unforeseen circumstances of force majeure.
In case of cancellation by AlgarvianRoots, the customer has the option of choosing another date or receiving a 100% refund.
