1. Check in 30 minutes before the class starts. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed. Failure to show up at this time without prior notice may result in loss of the activity without refund.

2. Minimum age group class: 8 years. Children under this age are not allowed on group class for safety reasons.

3. Cancellations with 24h notice will receive a full refund.

4. No-shows = no refund

5. Pregnant women are not allowed for safety reasons. Failure to declare this during booking will result in denied on the class and no refund.

6. The activity is accessible to beginners but requires a minimum level of physical fitness appropriate for the activity and the ability to swim.

7. In case of bad sea conditions, minimum number not reached, or unforeseen events, a new date/time will be offered or a full refund issued.

8. I authorize the use of images taken during the activity for promotional purposes.

9. If you do not authorize the capture of images for promotional purposes, please inform the instructor in charge.
