Será devolvida a totalidade do montante para cancelamentos até 24h antes da atividade. Cancelamentos a menos de 24h da atividade não darão origem a qualquer reembolso.
A Wine Senses reserva-se o direito de cancelar o evento devido às condições meteorológicas ou circunstâncias imprevistas, indicando uma data alternativa. Caso contrário será efetuado o reembolso integral, no prazo de 72 horas.

No acto da reserva, por favor informe-nos relativamente a possíveis alergias e restrições alimentares.
Dada a natureza do evento, será negada a entrada a crianças com idade inferior a 12 anos.
Será ainda negado o acesso a clientes que se apresentem com vestuário inapropriado ou ofensivo, sob o efeito visível de álcool ou drogas ou com comportamentos socialmente abusivos.
A organização lembra a necessidade de pontualidade neste tipo de evento.
Em caso de assistência inferior a 10 pessoas a WINE SENSES reserva o direito de alterar a data ou reembolsar integralmente o valor.

Cancellation Policy:
The ticket’s full amount will be refunded for cancellations up until 24 hours before the scheduled event takes place. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours will not have the ticket price refunded.
Wine Senses reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances thus scheduling a new date. In case of that not being possible full refund will take place within the following 72 hours.

Due to the nature of the event the minimum age required is 12 years old.
Entry will be denied to attendees with inappropriate or offensive attire, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or showing inappropriate or socially abusive behaviour.
Wine Senses would like to stress the importance of punctuality.
In case of lower presence than 10 persons Wine Senses reserves the right of changing the date of the event or to reimbourse in fully the value.
