Termos & Condições

• A entrada na embarcação e/ou o acesso à rampa de embarque deverão ser efetuados exclusivamente na presença e com a autorização de um membro da equipa de eventos da AlgarExperience;

• As visitas às grutas, paragens para banhos e embarques/desembarques estão sujeitos às condições marítimas e atmosféricas;

• Nas embarcações com bar, o consumo de bebidas e alimentos deverá ser pago com cartão bancário. As bebidas estão sujeitas ao stock existente no barco.

• Por motivos de segurança dos clientes e tripulações, não é permitida a entrada de garrafas de vidro, exceto em situações que seja adquirida a taxa de rolha;

• O Mestre da embarcação reserva-se o direito de regressar à marina e terminar antecipadamente a atividade, caso algum(a) passageiro(a) apresente comportamentos inadequados, agressivos ou que coloquem em causa a segurança da navegação, da tripulação ou o bem-estar dos restantes participantes. Nestas situações, não haverá lugar a qualquer reembolso.

Terms & Conditions

• Access to the vessel and/or boarding ramp must only be done in the presence of, and with authorization from, a member of the AlgarExperience events team;

• Visits to the caves, swimming stops, and boarding/disembarking are subject to sea and weather conditions;

• On vessels with a bar, food and beverage consumption must be paid for by credit/debit card. Beverages are subject to the onboard stock availability;

• For the safety of clients and crew, the entry of glass bottles is not permitted, except in cases where a corkage fee has been purchased;

• For greater comfort and safety on board, please remove your shoes before boarding.

• The captain reserves the right to return to the marina and end the activity early if any passenger displays inappropriate or aggressive behavior, or if their actions jeopardize the safety of navigation, the crew, or the well-being of other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued;
