If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide us with written notice as soon as possible. Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of your written notice. In all cases of cancellation you will forfeit your Deposit.
If you cancel your booking 90 days or less before your Adamastor Swim Adventures holiday is due to start, a cancellation fee will be immediately payable to us: More than 90 days, 30% of the deposit is charger; Between 61 and 89 days, 70% of the deposit is charged; 60 or more days, 100% is charged. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
